What we are looking for is an experienced Recruiter with a deep knowledge of the IT recruitment market, sales experience (this is not a TA position, it requires dealing with clients as well as with candidates) and an established network of contacts. The right person will also be a self-starter, proactive individual ready to join a fast-paced and wholly meritocratic environment.

The new recruiter will focus mainly on the Swiss market, working remotely from Romania and will benefit from NonStop’s extensive network of clients and candidates, from our unrivalled commission plan (up to 40%) and from a very competitive basic salary. On top of all of this, our highest achievers are rewarded even further with supercars and six figure bonuses, once hitting specific targets.
