Requirements
- Very good Spanish language skills (speaking; writing; understanding)
- Willing to learn about new products and technologies
- Customer oriented
- Problem solver
- Technical support background (big advantage if you have at least 1 year of Tech Support experience)
- Work as L1/L2 support, provide help to Spanish customers via multiple channels: Phone Calls, Email or Online Chat;
- Continuous training on products and new technologies available in the Networking field
