Senior Commercial Controller

• Good communication skills and good ability to challenge others’ opinion
• Be proactive, independent, curious and able to propose a new perspective on analysis
• Strong Excel and analytical skills (Excel VBA would be an advantage)
• Solid understanding of databases, statistics and business intelligence tools
• Experience in a retail company in business controlling/analyses team will be highly appreciated
• English or French speaker

Prepare the monthly performance review: supplier performance, category performance, sales performance (promotional activities)
• Follow-up the negotiation performance to identify potential for profitability increase
• Detailed analysis for P&L indicators at departmental level, identification of problems and proposal of solutions for improvement
• Combine financial and analytical skills to support decision-making
• Provide continuous support in terms of deep analysis and business performance to the relevant business leaders
• Perform KPI monitoring and analysis, propose measures for business results improvements
• Analyze results in comparison with the budget/ forecast/ historical trends and associated with KPIs
• Prepare highly documented explanations for deviations
