- Higher education specializing in Economy;
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Advanced English language skills (reading/writing);
- Financial analysis expertise and solid command of financial-accounting techniques and instruments (general concepts and interest for development in this domain);
- Flexibility in the rapid management of complex and various information;
- Synthesis skills in written and verbal communications;
- The capacity to act independently and observe strict deadlines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO HERE:

- Ensuring the observance of legal provisions in force, both from an operational point of view, and at a tactical and strategic level;
- Preparing financial reports and analyses for each business decision and cooperating with the other teams – operations, leasing, architects, audit, etc. – to coordinate and align the information concerning the projects of the group;
- Ensuring solid communication and cooperation with the financing institutions and procuring the obtaining of various approvals required in the running the current business of the group;
- Ensuring the drafting of various comparative financial analyses, drafting feasibility studies for new projects;
- Providing assistance and consulting in the financial domain, creating development budgets and monitoring their implementation in close collaboration with the other teams/departments.
