    Bosch Engineering Center Cluj was founded as an integral part of the Bosch worldwide engineering network in 2013. The Center is located partly in the heart of Cluj-Napoca and partly in Jucu. Our engineers give great importance to continuous innovation and they work on state-of-the-art technology projects. Automated Driving, Electric and Connected Mobility, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0. are just a few examples from the Bosch Engineering Center Cluj’s current portfolio. We work in close collaboration with other Bosch R&D Centers and with Bosch Plant Cluj. We specialize in software engineering, hardware and mechanical engineering, reliability engineering & quality validation, but also in mobility sales planning, thus, we offer our internal and external clients a complex range of products and services. 

    Qualifications

    • University degree in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering
    • Min. 3 years previous experience in facility management with depth knowledge about electrical, mechanical and energy management
    • Very good organizer with analytical thinking, being able to take quick decisions and assume responsibilities
    • Experience in co-coordinating teams and complex activities
    • Excellent negotiation, communication and collaboration skills
    • Result and quality oriented, efficient and pro-active worker
    • Very good in both English speaking and writing; German language would be a plus
    • High proficiency in utilizing maintenance management software, CAD and Microsoft Office tools

    Job Description

    • Coordinating maintenance for our benchmark office buildings in the Engineering Center Cluj
    • Planning and implementation for preventive and reactive maintenance of the building technical equipment and systems (elevators, electrical and mechanical-HVAC) utilizing the proper tools and instruments
    • Managing the building technicians daily activities according to the maintenance scheduled / ad-hoc activities
    • Coordinating maintenance external suppliers services and related contracts
    • Responsible for utilities supply and utilities consumption management (water, gas and electricity)
    • Co-ordination for building and equipment approvals and authorizations, in relation to state entities and private institutions
    • Budgeting for facilities maintenance, monitoring of monthly costs and related KPIs, reporting
    • Commercial and quality management function related to facilities maintenance
    • Involvement in the optimization of existing facilities and related processes and also in the development of new facilities for our location
