Sales Operations Generalist
We are a Silicon Valley recruitment firm that powers companies used daily by millions of users. We work out of offices on 3 continents, with the majority of us working remotely from home or coworking spaces.Requirements
1. Comfortable with ambiguity (being able to set priorities without needing to be directed all the time)
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
4. Enjoy starting something from scratch and growing it structurally and methodically
5. Extremely organized and detail-oriented
1. Prepare readership spreadsheets and reports for clients
2. Ensure that all items are invoiced and collected on time
3. Familiarize yourself with our product and our admin dashboard
4. Set up and maintain campaigns for clients
5. Support finance and HR departments with their work
6. Offload any other miscellaneous work required to keep sales and account management productive
7. Be the backbone of the administrative operations
