Exposure to foreign environment(s) (e.g. studies, work, long-term travel etc.) is considered a plus;
1-3 years previous consulting experience or relevant industry role (e.g. sales, planning, strategy, process/ continuous improvement, technology etc.) is considered a plus;
Self-starter, fast-learner and result oriented;
Very good qualitative and quantitative analysis skills;
Excellent communication skills both oral and written, able to interact with various background people from various levels (i.e. form shop floor to C level);
Fluent in Romanian and English.
Perform analysis of large sets of data or identify required data in publicly available sources with limited guidance;
Structure and present analysis results in a clear, simple and elegant manner;
Actively participate in workshops and perform analysis to identify, structure and present inefficiencies of a business process;
Identify, structure and present improvement opportunities for inefficiencies identified;
Demonstrate professional curiosity and self-initiative in performing tasks;
Participate in business development activities (e.g. proposals, prepare press articles etc.);
Assist in new joiners onboarding.
