Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
4/5 years of R&D experience at leading companies of a modern organization. Prior experience in industrial sector is preferable.
Good English
Experience in R&D. Knowledge of product development processes, final Products and of 3D and 2D system
High level computer skills.
Analytical skills.

Synthesis/Problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure

Team work

Drive or co-ordinate development of cooling technology projects, engaging the right people, tracking and following up the status.
Drive new test systems, components or processes, execute 3D models and 2d drawings, manage Bill of Material and product documentation, cost and quality projects to improve product performance, assure the due support to guarantee product/process integration and NPI
Show ability in problem solving, autonomy to drive activities and to set priority management.
Collaborates with other functions to support or drive joint development activities: technology-PDC-Procurement-Manufacturing-Suppliers.
Support or Co-operate with Global Technology team to assure technology leverage
Keep updated about latest technology development
High technical knowledge of Thermodynamics Technology and structural design
Interact with all the functions in order to guaranty production continuity and product improvement (mainly Industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, procurement)
