    Avand deja o prezenta importanta pe piața locala romaneasca (Cegedim Rx & Cegedim Customer Information) și constient de potentialul de talente din domeniile IT din Romania, grupul Cegedim a ales orasul Bucuresti pentru a-si crea noul centru de servicii.

    Compania Cegedim Service Center este situata in zona de afaceri a cartierului Pipera (caldirea Globalworth Plaza), foarte aproape de stația de metrou Aurel Vlaicu.

    Dupa 2 ani de activitate, deja peste 200 de angajați (septembrie 2019) au ales să ni se alăture și să construiască împreună un centru de excelență operațională, precum și un mediu de lucru plăcut si plin de oportunități.

    Continuăm să creștem și căutăm profesioniști francofoni dinamici, care sa faca una dintre meseriile urmatoare: Consilier hotline, Suport helpdesk, Specialist payroll, Specialist administrativ HR, Consultant HRIS.

    Anul 2020 aduce noi proiecte si ne propunem sa ajungem la 300 de colegi cu care sa impartasim aceleasi valori.

    Cerinte

    • Post graduate (Master’s degree or equivalent experience), at least 1-5 years work experience in a similar position;
    • OSI Model, LAN technologies, basic IP network;
    • Hardware platforms architectures;
    • Windows Desktop & Server (OS);
    • Microsoft Desktop applications;
    • Virtualization technologies;
    • Microsoft SQL server administration skills;
    • At least one of the following should be an advantage: Linux, Charisma ERP
    • Rigorousness, Creativity;
    • Problem solving, delivers timely and accurate results;
    • Able to learn;
    • Able to teach others, effectively shares information;
    • Foreign languages (English – mandatory, French is an advantage).

    Responsabilitati

    • Provides technical assistance activities to the company’s users;
    • Analyzes each user problem and suggests alternative solutions in order to meet the users expectations, in consultation with the relevant Local or Corporate IT staff ;
    • Performs the maintenance and updates of applications: test and assess the hardware and software to determine the efficiency, the reliability and the compatibility with the existing systems and network;
    • Implements, modifies and monitors the company’s IT infrastructure according to the guidelines and instructions;
    • Analyzes the logs and statistics concerning the IT platforms;
    • Controls the resources and provides alerts hierarchically of any issue;
    • Performs software installations;
    • Delivers and updates work documentation, SOP’s;
    • Keeps the company informed about any problem related to the use and the maintenance of the IT systems and tools;
    • Keeps himself updated on Information Technologies;
    • Works with the IT sub-contractors (if applicable);
    • Implements and reports on the Security Policy;
     Adjust and implements the security management system according to the Corporate requirements/recommendations;
     Formalize and manage the required security documentation;
     Train and increase the awareness of the employees about the security requirements;
     Follow up security incidents and implement actions to reduce security risks ;
     Follow up and improve security (indicators, dashboard, action plans, audits, etc.).
