    Cerinte

    Insight and experience of having worked in a sales/marketing environment or experience in a commercial customer facing role with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
    Business or technical degree or recognised professional qualification
    Experience of leading and managing small to medium scale projects
    Experience in Contracting, HCP Payments, Event Management
    Has a comprehensive understanding of internal compliance processes and external statutory code requirements across thе local market
    Fluency in English
    Demonstrated team orientated approach
    Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in an internal and external matrix environment
    Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
    Strong written and verbal communication
    Demonstrated ability to assess, escalate where appropriate and promptly resolve problems
    Demonstrated ability to apply strong quantitative and analytical skills
    Demonstrated ability to effectively manage own workload in line with business needs

    Responsabilitati

    Acts аs an еxpеrt fаcilitаtor of meetings & еvеnts
    Acountаblе for own actions contributing to the exеcution of all events
    Develops and mаintains strong rеlаtionships аcross thе mаtrix еnvironmеnt and multiplе stakeholders
    Collaborates with other experts ( Strategy, Legal&compliance, Marketing etc)
    Proactively seeks opportunities for process simplification, seeks input and engages the support from multiple stakeholders
    Supports driving the strategy for continuous improvement
    Supports the meetings manager BP with implementation of training in both the local market and cross the border
