    Requirements

    Mandatory skills:
    • College degree in IT
    • Language skills: English advanced
    • Basic programming skills
    • Quick learner
    • Organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
    • Ability to meet strict deadlines
    • Ability to apply and build appropriate knowledge skills and experience
    • Able to contribute to strategic thinking
    • Ability to work unsupervised and be proactive
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

    Nice to have skills:
    • Experience with software deployment tools (e.g. Microsoft System Configuration Manager – SCCM)
    • Experience with antivirus management tools (e.g. Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager)
    • Database and Scripting knowledge
    • Knowledge of Citrix and/or other virtualization tools
    • Previous experience in similar roles

    Responsibilities

    • Antivirus Solution Management - Monitoring the Managed Clients and Management Servers;
    • Follow, maintain and improve the processes and procedures defined for the project assigned;
    • Maintenance of the Antivirus Management Infrastructure;
    • Reporting and Documenting;
    • Participate in regular internal (company) and external (Customer) status meetings;
    • Level 2 Support with the following responsibilities:
    o Solve the remainder of the problems not solved at Levels 1 or 1.5, short of defects in products;
    o Document actions in the record;
    o Perform root cause analysis when required;
    o Work with vendors (as appropriate) to resolve problems;
    o Assist in the use of supported products;
    o Recommend process and tool improvements;
    o Contact other support groups/organizations as required;
    o Interface with other systems, networks, and operating system environments;
    o Route to other levels of support as required;
    o Provide documentation and training for Level 1 and Level 1.5 support if applicable;
    o Communicate with other levels of support via telephony, client chat tools or company tools, ticketing system, emails needed;
    o Create and implement change requests for incidents/problems as needed."
