Skills and Qualifications

Experience in materials supply management role;
Experience in a warehouse lead role running warehouse processes and employees;
Proficient knowledge of supply chain setups as well as warehouse processes, procedures and policy;
Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities;
Ability to work with all levels of company staff;
Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
Proficiency in English both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

Ensures supply chain readiness for all raw and pack materials required for the plant to operate within the most effective cash (inventory) & cost targets;

Establish close teamworks and positive relationships with central teams and suppliers in order to enable smooth supply to the plant;

Contributes to warehouse selection to meet the business needs for RPM and FP;

Ensures the near site warehouse starts up and operates at peak efficiency, with customer happiness and 0 operational impact being the primary goals;

Develop warehouse operations systems by resolving product handling and storage requirements for raw & pack materials and shipping processes for finish product;

Train, lead and mentorship inbound team to seek day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals;

Define, implement and supervise daily activities of the inbound team, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor efficiency, daily call off;

Maintain a safe and balanced work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and aligning with legal regulations;

Meet regularly with warehouse leadership and with central team to review, analyze, and develop meaningful plans for saving opportunities.
