Metrology engineer

The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

Previous experience in similar positions (metrology responsible, training in metrology and calibrations) – a plus
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical) or physics;
Ability to read and interpret technical documents (standards, handbooks, reports);
Ability to manage complex equipment;
Organized and result-oriented;
Trained as ISauditor – a plus.
Good knowledge of English;

Cooperating with the Maintenance teams in relation to upgrading projects for the production lines;
Managing the calibrations system of the company, ensuring timely verifications, swift repairs and prompt replacement of measurement tools/equipment as required;
Participating to control and test equipment sourcing, installation, and maintenance (as in software upgrades, parts ordering and replacement, etc.)
Generating and issue-specific documents such as calibration sequences and operating instructions for the existing test equipment;
Managing outsourced repairs and maintenance processes for control and test equipment;
