    To apply for this position, you must

    Have a BA/BS degree in related fields (Software Development, Computer Science, Project Management, Design, Data-Science or Marketing)
    Have 2+ years with experience in web/app/mobile/e-commerce projects
    Be proficient in written and spoken English
    Have a know-how of modern Software Development practices and workflows and implementing project tools and practices
    Have a proven working background as a Software Project/Product Manager or Scrum Product Owner
    Be capable to absorb, synthesize, categorize, delegate high amounts of information
    Have an exceptional relationship-building skills
    Nice to haves:

    Experience in managing/leading people and teams
    Prior experience at a growth-stage internet/software company
    PMP, CSPO Certification or equivalent
    Proven ability to create detailed, thoughtful, and actionable requirements including functional specifications, UI designs, workflow diagrams


    As a Product Manager you will have the following responsibilities

    Product development
    Define strategy with stakeholders
    Lead the implementation of product development at all stages
    Design product road-maps
    Apply UX research
    Establish and grow user retention
    Deploy product launches to the public
    Establish, grow, and react to product-market fit and change, and assess potential opportunities
    Define and document the scope and functionality of software features
    Team development
    Establish success criteria for key product features using meaningful metrics
    Train, and mentor junior PMs
    Clean, concise technical documentation and specification
    Create, unify, and promote Product Development best practices
    Maintain existing technical documents and keep them up-to-date
    Collaborate with Engineering, UX research, and design teams to set team's goals, success metrics, and road-map
    Communicate regarding priorities, experiments, and decisions to different audiences, partner teams and executives
    Milestone reporting/Delivery updates
    Establish success criteria for key product features using meaningful metrics
