    Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
    Native or near-native English speaker
    Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
    Ability to present sound and well-reasoned arguments to convince others. A creative and collaborative approach to problem solving and decision making
    Nice to have: Experience of working within a complaints process of several stages & Understanding/ experience with chargebacks and dispute


    We are looking for a new colleague for complaint departament who will:
    Be responsible for investigation, resolution and reporting of all customer related complaints.
    Manage complaints in accordance with the complaints policy.
    Escalate all unresolved complaints to the Complaint Manager
    Monitor all complaints ensuring they have minimal financial impact
    Analyze customer complaints, suggestions and compliments to identify trends and lessons learnt to be used to continuously improve services.
