Minimum 5 years experience in Controlling;
University Degree in Accounting/Finance/ Economy;
Experience working in SAP Finance Module;
Excel is your best friend to support your strong modelling skills, and you are an experienced user of other MS Office applications;
Advanced knowledge of controlling tools with ability to deal with large sets of data (BI preferable);
Knowledge and good understanding of accounting processes & accounting policies;
Language capabilities: English (fluent) and Spanish (fluent);
Ability to work independently & collaboratively, open-minded and proactive;
Delivery-focused with a high degree of ownership & flexibility, quality awareness, desire to identify, prioritize and maintain standards;
Focus on enhancing thе quality in terms of accuracy, timeliness and consistency with policies, guidelines and best practices;
Customer orientation with strong communication skills and professional behavior;
Organized, self-motivated person with analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
Assist in revenue and related expense reporting;
Ensure control, accuracy and timely delivery of financial figures and reports;
Provide business input and commentary to financial statements;
Prepare and support monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, planning & budget files according to accepted accounting principles;
Apply financial reporting procedures according to Group Standards;
Monitor and follow-up of thе P&L lines (Actuals & forecast);
Perform variance analysis and support budget owners in managing their budgets;
Perform cost allocations between departments;
Execution of closing activities in line with Finance calendar, preparation and review of accruals;
Make ad-hoc analysis to support all business functions and increase thereby efficiency of operational work;
Communicate, discuss and challenge accounting impacts on business reporting;
Play thе role of intermediary and ensure interface between business and accounting;
Propose and participate in developing and improving thе overall company accounting model, financial systems, procedures and standards;
Provide support to external and internal audits.
