    Requirements

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent
    - Typically, 3-5 years’ experience managing projects/processes – process improvements, deployment, implementations, testing
    - Sales operations experience required
    - PMP / Six Sigma certification are a plus
    - Mastery in English
    - Experience designing and implementing overall process and tools management and improvement frameworks to support sales operations
    - Evaluating and developing forecasts and plans to guide updates, enhancements and deployment of sales tools and systems
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - Well versed with MS Office

    Responsibilities

    Job spеcifics/responsibilitiеs:

    - Mаnаgе the performаncе of а nеw vendor in line with the contrаct requirements(object of the contract is а recеntly implеmеntеd SAAS solution for mаss mаiling)
    - Act аs single point of contаct for internal escalations and oversee their timely resolution
    - Engage flawlessly with internal and external shareholders across the world
    - Ensure process lifecycle is fully documented and updated at any point
    - Own process performance and ensure appropriate productivity across process performers
    - Process representation in all internal controls initiatives (Internal audits, ISO)
    - Project manage both process and asset enhancements (including automation, workflows design and implementation etc)
    - Lead short term virtual project teams to achieve specific goals across the organization. The Project teams is distributed across multiple time-zones
    - Ensure project actions are complimenting other ongoing projects and ensure all conflicts are taken up for resolution and resolved
    - Keep management and all stakeholders constantly updated on the progress, challenges, risks and secure the support needed to achieve goals. Complete required project documentation and update repositories
    - Implement Metrics to ensure the project's results remain stable after the closure of the project
