Role description
You will have an important role assisting with work related to our internal control over financial reporting framework (ICFR) based on the 2013 COSO framework. Maintaining adequate ICFR is a continuous process. By progressively improving manual controls, application controls, and information produced by entities, you see how the design of controls can create value for the org. Assessing new processes, or changes to existing processes to identify financial and operational risks before launch.

Main activities
Assist in ensuring that risk assessment and control frameworks are in place, running effectively.

Support in the planning and execution of the Sarbanes Oxley control testing procedures.

Testing the effectiveness of internal controls

Testing the information used in financial reports for completeness and accuracy

Documenting the results of testing & Assisting in planning and executing risk assessments

Support in updating process narratives, flowcharts and controls matrices

Assisting in evaluating new processes and systems

Assisting in the year-end control certification process

Communicating results via written reports and/or oral presentations

Other duties as assigned

Company: Opera Norway AS

This opportunity is organized by AIESEC and you will receive support from AIESEC in Romania branch as well as AIESEC in Norway.

Salary: 3000 Euro gross

1 meal provided per working day

AIESEC will provide you support such as: application support, arrival pickup, accommodation support, leadership development seminar and cultural integration activities.

Opportunity fee: a fee of 250 euro will be paid but ONLY after being accepted by the company

Duration of internship: 1 year starting 1st of September 2020
