Eligible candidates: Master students (you need to remain student for the whole duration of the internship) and Bachelor graduates (only if you graduated max 2 months before the start of the internship)

Role description
The intern will be part of the GHO/EHO HR Operations Team and provide support to the Senior HR Business Partner for Global Network Operations, IT and Aviation, and the Global CEO office. This person manages over 750 employees globally as well as running several HR Projects. Additionally, the intern also works on various HR related projects in support of Global HR. This would likely include providing support on HR projects, some day to day HR matters, and some support on OHS tasks.

Main activities
Assist with the deployment and implementation of Employee Screening Project

Follow up with Countries during the project

Assist with Project Reporting

Support with Cross Border Recruitment activities

Support for Talent Planning and Development

Assist with preparing presentations and reports

Support Global Safety Committee

Support Global Employee Development Review

Company: Deutsche Post DHL Group

This opportunity is organized by AIESEC and you will receive support from AIESEC in Romania branch as well as AIESEC in Germany.

Salary: 1621 Euro gross

AIESEC will provide you support such as: application support, arrival pickup, accommodation support, leadership development seminar and cultural integration activities.

Opportunity fee: a fee of 250 euro will be paid but ONLY after being accepted by the company

Duration of internship: 1 year starting 1st of September 2020
