    Your mission:
    Within the Société Générale group, you will join the IT security team.
    The Security Analyst & PMO is responsible to oversee the governance of the security projects handling permanent communication with the stakeholders involved and also to treat security requests.

    Your Role in a Nutshell:
    Manage Security demand:

    • manage security requests and exceptions received in the security mailbox:
      • treat security requests and exceptions;
      • get in touch with security experts to assign them the requests or to gather their advices in managing certain requests;
      • formalize and maintain treatment processes of security requests and exceptions;
      • contribute to treatment processes industrialization and optimizations by proposing improvements.
    • contribute to update the applications criticality level in the security referential;
    • ensure end-user awareness on security rules and risks.
    Pilot Security activity on projects, classification and recertification processes :
    • with the support of the responsible of this activity within the security team, centralize, coordinate and pilot the activity of providing security expertise in business projects:
      • answer to business demand made via the security mailbox;
      • provide the preliminary questionnaire to identify the project criticality;
      • allocate the project to a security expert;
      • plan and organize follow-up meetings with the operational security team to ensure risk analysis on going are properly managed;
      • oversee that each main actor contributes in timely manner with the requested information;
    • with the support of the responsible of this activity within security team, centralize, coordinate and pilot the activity of classifying applications:
      • allocate applications classification to security experts;
      • propose indicators, thresholds and creates dashboard templates;
      • communicates recurrently the dashboard built to the specific impacted actors;
    • oversee that each main actor contributes in timely manner with the requested information;
    • with the support of the responsible of this activity within security team, centralize, contribute to plan, prepare and coordinate annual recertification campaign in sync with operational security team:
      • oversee the advancement of the recertification campaigns and send reminders to stakeholders;
      • propose indicators, thresholds and creates dashboard templates;
      • communicates recurrently the dashboard built to the specific impacted actors.
    A little about you:
    • Graduate / Post Graduate;
    • Fluent in French and English is a must;
    • Coordination skills;
    • Knowledge on IT security and risk concepts;
    • Presentation skills;
    • Communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and share knowledge;
    • Good command of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
