    Job Description

    • 1st level IT support for a global team;
    • Collect, document and handle orders, inquiries, mal-functions and problems;
    • Handle technical and user-specific questions;
    • Identify problems, fault analysis and problem solving;
    • Documentation and presentation of new solutions;
