Software Requirements Engineer

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

• Expertise in requirements management and related processes and tools;
• Several years experience working in a high technology environment;
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;
• Understanding of system engineering and V-model framework;
• Knowledge in DOORS NG usage and administration, knowledge in other requirements management tools;
• Strong interpersonal communication skills;
• Self-motivated and self-driven;
• Ability to successfully manage conflict;
• Ability to rapidly learn and master software tools and process methodologies;
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking & writing).

The main responsibilities are:

• Subject matter expert in requirements management processes and tools;
• Supporting the projects and all users in aspects for requirements engineering throughout the BL AP, BL EP and MCU/MPU R&D organizations;
• Acting as or supporting the requirements manager of the projects;
• Overseeing and ensuring all parties adhere to and execute the requirements management process;
• Driving continual improvement in requirements management processes, tools, templates, best practices, Key Process Indicator metrics, and quality;
• Building and sustaining channels of communication for requirements management;
• DOORS NG expert - administration, support, reports generations, version management in collaboration with other teams & forums.
