    Cerinte

    Studii superioare/medii absolvite
    Minim 1-2 ani experienta in reporting sau analytics, intr-o companie de retail
    Cunostinte de limba engleza- nivel mediu
    Cunostinte avansate MS Office, in special Excel (tabele dinamice, grafice, gestionare baze de date, functii)
    Cunostinte de Gima, Meti, ARRS, Google Analytics este un plus- sisteme de gestiune
    Autonomie, rigoare si responsabilitate
    Capacitate de analiza si sinteza
    Abilitati de organizare si orientare catre rezultat si catre client
    Abilitati de comunicare si relationare, adaptare la interlocutori si la situatii variate.

    Responsabilitati

    Monitorizeaza indicatorii de performanta e-commerce in contextul de piata si cel intern
    Se implica in identificarea cauzelor si riscurilor principale, sprijinirea procesului decizional
    Analizeaza si include in rapoarte comportamentului clientilor din zona de marketing digital, site web, aplicatia mobila, social media (numar de comenzi, plati)
    Propune specificatii de bussines pentru imbunatatirea colectarii datelor/crearea rapoartelor si coordoneaza furnizorii externi pentru implementare
    Ofera suport echipei in stabilirea roadmap-ului anual, strategiilor de imbunatatire vanzari si genereaza idei pentru a creste business-ul.
