    If you have...

    Higher education in the Economic fields;
    Knowledge of Financial Standards and financial policies;
    Minimum 2-3 year work experience in a similar position.

    Responsabilitati

    Then you will do that...

    Check and register and reconcile all documents of entry, updating, transfer and exit of fixed assets and ongoing investments, following the observance of the closure plan and the company's policies and working procedures;
     Update the WIP application daily, request and register the update of the data received from internal clients;
     Reconcile monthly Oracle Registries with SPIDO and PEGASUS applications, analyzes the status of investment projects and fixed assets and requests the updating or correction of data;
     Check, centralize and register the decommissioning of fixed assets and investments;
     Participate in the annual inventory of the patrimony ensuring the issuance of the Inventory Lists of ongoing investments and fixed assets, resolving the ambiguities during the inventory action, by making available to the inventory commissions all necessary accounting documents; operate the inventory results;
     Monitor, provide support and deliver periodic or on-demand information to internal clients and external audit on processes related to fixed assets and ongoing investments
     Run the monthly depreciation calculation on the three registers and follow the generation of automatic logs (Additions, Withdrawals, Transfers, Depreciation) to GL
     Prepare manual journals in GL for: estimate, revaluation, free of fixed assets and inventory surpluses, provisions, corrections and divisions;
     Reconcile monthly the data from the FA module with the data registered in the GL module for ongoing investments and fixed assets, prepare and initiate in SPIDO the GLF09 form;
     Prepare periodic financial and operational reports on fixed assets and investments in progress on all registers and delivers them to the Gl Reporting Dept. and the Taxes and Fees Department;
     Develop long-term financial forecasts regarding ongoing investments and fixed assets;
     Participate in the elaboration and updating of procedures, internal controls, accounting monographs and in the development and implementation of efficiency and robotization processes.
