Exclusivi platform helps hotels drive revenue, reviews, repeaters and reduce costs using AI; leveraging cross-platform digital tools and powerful systems integrations. The role of Guest Engagement Manager will include the below responsibilities:

Responsabilities:

• Act as single point of contact for hotel staff,in respect to our Guest Engagement platform
• Coordinate the smooth platform roll-out and lead training sessions
• Monitor market trends, competitors marketing efforts & startup ecosystem
• Build and manage relationships with key hotel stakeholders & local businesses
• Develope e-tourism platform and curate local content for our digital interfaces
• Draft, schedule and track analytics for ad campaigns via hotel’s Wifi portal and push notifica
• Contribute in the design & implementation of marketing and communication strategies
• Design online-to-offline campaigns, eg working with the hotel's Food & Beverage team
• Create plan for driving social media sharing among guests during their stay
• Conduct guest interviews for soliciting insights and drafting guest personas, for better targeting
• Identify guest micro-moments for delivering highly relevant, contextual communication
• Work with digital analytics & hotel yielding teams

This opportunity is organized by AIESEC and you will receive support from AIESEC in Romania branch as well as AIESEC in Greece.

AIESEC will provide you support such as: application support, arrival pickup, accommodation support, leadership development seminar and cultural integration activities.
