Senior VAT Consultant

Requirements:

• University degree preferably in Accounting and/or Finance
• 2-3 years experience in Tax Advisory, with focus on VAT
• Membership of CAFR/CECCAR would be an asset
• ACCA student or graduate would be an asset
•  Knowledge of the new Romanian tax regulations
• Open-minded, client oriented work approach
• Experience in working in an international environment with mainly foreign clients
• Team-oriented work in projects with professionals from different fields
• Proficient in English both verbal and written
• Very good Microsoft Office skills

• Support the existing team in their daily challenges with tax compliance and tax opinions
• Closely working with Senior Tax Managers for: technical research, tax compliance issues and tax reviews
• Work both independently and as a part of a team with professionals at all levels
• Operate professionally and with highest integrity
• Manage proactively client relationships
• Interface and establish credibility with senior level executives
• Prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments, completing assignments on time and on budget
