    Experienta anterioara in identificarea reperelor de gestiune specifice activitatii IT.
    Experienta cu un domeniu de ticketing.
    Cunostinte PC/hardware.
    Cunostinte contabilitate primara.
    Experienta cu modulul de gestiune din WinMentor.
    Bune cunostinte operare PC (Excel, Word).
    Capacitatea de a lucra in echipa cat si individual.
    Persoana organizata, atenta la detalii.
    Acuratete, rapiditate, tenacitate si atentie distributiva.
    Cunostinte de limba engleza.


    Descrierea jobului

    Asigura gestiunea fizica a stocului de marfa (echipamente hardware) si opereaza in stoc miscarile de marfa.
    Efectueaza receptia fizica a marfii la intrarea in depozitul firmei.
    Verifica documentele la introducerea NIR-ului (factura furnizor) si semnaleaza eventualele neconcordante.
    Efectueaza lunar inventarul stocului de marfa si raporteaza rezultatele activitatii de gestiune a stocului.
    Inregistreaza, prelucreaza si pastreaza informatiile referitoare la situatia stocurilor.
    Efectueaza transferurile de marfa din stocul central in substocuri si retur.
    Emite documentele necesare pentru marfurile care parasesc firma/ si pentru cele care se dau in consum.
    Preda marfa catre client, consumator conform documentelor emise.
    Ambaleaza si securizeaza marfa in vederea livrarii si expediaza marfa catre client/puncte de lucru.
