    Am intrat pe piața de curierat din România de peste 12 ani și oferim servicii standardizate și specifice la nivel national.
    Pentru că ne tratăm clienții cu același respect cu care ne-am dori să fim tratați, cerințele lor și timpii de livrare sunt mereu o prioritate pentru noi. Desi in prezent, raportat la termenul de livrare realizat, ne situam in media superioara a pietei de curierat romanesti, pentru anul 2020 ne-am propus sa depasim standardele vest-europene si sa obtinem cel mai bun procent de livrare ‘’on time’, din piata.
    Avem planuri ambițioase care vor viza dezvoltarea accelerată a rețelei și, pentru că ne dorim să fim mereu cu un pas înainte, investim masiv în tehnologie pentru a construi un model de business foarte ușor adaptabil la condițiile pieței și pentru a răspunde rapid nevoilor clienților noștri.

    Cerinte

    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (reporting) and industry (delivery services / transport/ distribution / logistics);
    • Planning, budgeting and cost control principles knowledge;
    • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication (both verbal and written);
    • The ability to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines;
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills;
    • Principles knowledge related to profitability, pricing, purchasing, commercial conditions, inventory management;
    • Highly organized, analytical, task focused, and multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment’
    • Previous QlikView usage would be an advantage;
    • Experience in FMCG, Retail, eCommerce industries would be an advantage
    • Fluent in English.

    Responsabilitati

    • Leading the team of operational Reporting Analysts, while participating as a stakeholder in cross functional teams;
    • Developing long and short- term operational plans;
    • Improve the accuracy of specific data received from Last Mile division (including the networking of own couriers and distribution partners, monitoring the routes and shipment of the packages);
    • Driving cross-business analytic projects for the business team with business modeling, data mining, and presentation support;
    • Implement clear procedures and prepare customized reports for Last Mile division;
    • Prepare various business scenarios and propose new strategies together with the Senior Managers from Operations department;
    • Plan and monitor operational initiatives to improve the goods reception flow within the warehouse and the automatization of supply planning;
    • Support data gathering, consolidation and verifications within commercial team;
    • Leading ad hoc operational analyses and root cause investigation;
    • Managing the reporting on weekly key indicators and specific operational performance metrics (the statues of the packages, the deliveries, time of delivery, SLAs)
    • Consolidate, analyze, and monitor operating budgets: liaise with budget owners to collect information, analyze inputs received and ensure alignment with commercial plans;
    • Involving in different projects (development and implementation of reporting/ budgeting/ forecasting tools).
