    Cerinte

    • University degree, preferable Tax, Accounting or other similar fields but with experience in finance;
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance-Tax and global VAT Tax compliance experience ideally in EMEA;
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Package (especially Excel) and experience working with Tax reporting software and other office tools;
    • Fluent in English;
    • Strong analytical, attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadline;
    • Dynamic person, able to organize his/her activity and to work both independently and in a team;
    • Dedicated and available to work extra time in the loaded periods;
    • Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

    Responsabilitati

    • Review and validate tax and Intrastat returns prepared by juniors and prepare and file some complex VAT and Intrastat returns;
    • Coach and train the Tax compliance team and other teams on VAT matters;
    • Ensure the correct treatment of complex transactions as chain transactions;
    • Review end-to-end process and lead their changes, identifying opportunities of improvement and automation of the process;
    • Working on the deployment of tax technology solutions, data analytics and ERP setup;
    • Participate to VAT inspections and audits, including gathering information, responding to information requests;
    • To ensure that the transactions are on line with current legislation and deploy the actions to mitigate the risks identified
