    Cerinte:
    - Studii superioare absolvite
    - Minim 2 ani experienta pe un rol similar, de preferat din retail e-commerce, cu experienta in dezvoltare si implementare campanii online (newsletter, SMS) targetate pe categorii de clienti: campanii de achizitie, fidelizare clienti.
    - Abilitati in design, planificare, coordonare si evaluare campanii, Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Strategy, Media Planning
    - Familiarizat cu tool-uri de analiza baze de date
    - Capabilitati de intelegere si interpretare rapoarte de statistica, media si reporting
    - Rigurozitate, eficienta, orientare catre rezultat
    - Capacitate de a lucra cu deadline-uri.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilitati:
    - Analizeaza comportamentul de cumparare si realizeaza profilul clientului online in vederea dezvoltarii de campanii targetate si customizate pe clienti.
    - Colaboreaza cu Echipele de E-commerce & Dinamica Comerciala pentru stabilirea si implementarea programelor si campaniilor de upsell, cross-sell (recurente sau ocazionale) in baza rezultatelor si a ratelor de raspuns pe actiuni similare
    - Implementeaza si monitorizeaza campaniile online de achizitie sau fidelizare clienti prin diferite canale (e-mail marketing- newsletter, SMS, etc), in scopul de a creste obiectivele de vanzari
    - Contribuie la stabilirea strategiei de marketing in vederea atingerii obiectivelor comerciale pe toate formatele, cu focus pe online/e-commerce si toate brandurile, inclusiv marci proprii, cu focus pe produs, oferte, promotii customizate pe profilarea bazelor de clienti si rapoartele interne.
