•Instruieste personalul statiilor de benzinarie din zona alocata cu privire la :

• • Pregatirea produselor comercializate in zona de bucatarie, ingredientele folosite si regulile de combinare a ingredientelor;
  • Deservirea clientilor intr-o maniera profesionista, astfel incat sa le ofere o experienta inedita in vederea fidelizarii acestora;
  • Intelegerea nevoilor clientilor si adaugarea unui plus de valoare experientei acestora cu Hei.

•Monitorizeaza punerea in practica a cunostintelor acumulate de fiecare angajat in cadrul trainingurilor;
•Ofera feedback permanent angajatilor pentru imbunatatirea continua a serviciilor oferite clientilor.

•Experienta profesionala de minim 3 ani pe un post similar in domeniul HoReCa;
•Cunostiinte de utilizare PC: MS Office - nivel mediu;
•Curs Formator – reprezinta un avantaj;
•Cunostinte privind metodele si tehnicile de vanzare aplicabile in domeniul comertului;
•Atitudine orientata catre client si bune abilitati de comunicare;
•Pasiune pentru domeniul culinar;
•Initiativa si proactivitate;
•Disponibilitate la deplasari – minim 80% din timpul programului.

Responsabilitati
