    This job can be for you if you have:

    - Minimum of 2 years experience in C/C++ development and test activities
    - Experience in microcontroller based systems design and implementation (8/16/32-bit)
    - Very good knowledge of UML
    - Ability to understand electrical schematics and layouts
    - Ability to handle electronic equipment (power supplies, test instruments)
    - Development processes know-how (V-Cycle, SCRUM)
    - Model based development knowledge
    - Vehicle communication protocols knowledge (CAN, LIN, FlexRay)
    - Knowledge of Automotive standards


    A typical day might include the following:

    As Scrum Master you will support the Team and the Product Owner in technically following the scrum methodology:
    - Enforcing and adapting the rituals in the Agile Framework
    - Acting as interface to the non-agile world to protect the scrum team
    - Daily SCRUM meeting
    - Remove impediments
    - Create overviews of the sprint status
    - Motivate/stimulate the agile team
    - Support process improvements

    Like Embedded Software Engineer you will:
    - Analyze customer requirements
    - Contribute to SW system architecture definition
    - Create detailed SW component design
    - Implement SW components
    - Debug SW components (both on target and simulated environment)
    - Create test specifications (manual and automatic test cases)
    - Perform peer reviews
    - Document all work according to internal process and methodology

    Other Requirements (Competencies):

    - Bachelor or Master degree technical software
    - Agile/Scrum certificate is a plus
    - Language skills: Excellent level of English;
    - Personal skills: analytical, independent, team player, quality minded
