Main activities
Develop and maintain documentation of HRIS processes and tools, training materials

Participate in projects associated with implementing new functionality,enhancements to existing ones

Administrate HR data in the HR system

Create and work with excel reports

Work daily with sensitive HR data

Proactively identify,search for and propose further improvements to enhance the end-users experience

Have the opportunity to lead own projects

This opportunity is organized by AIESEC and you will receive support from AIESEC in Romania branch as well as AIESEC in Belgium.

Salary: 1600 Euro gross

AIESEC will provide you support such as: application support, arrival pickup, accommodation support, leadership development seminar and cultural integration activities.

Opportunity fee: a fee of 250 euro will be paid but ONLY after being accepted by the company

Duration of internship: 1 year starting 1st of September 2020
