Role description
Execute new tire projects according to the product roadmap and by leading the cross-functional teams (incl. R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, Sales). They drive new products through the conceptualization, development,
industrialization and commercialization phase according to standardized working
methodologies for both stage gating and Project management. They orchestrate and align the efforts of the various stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of their projects.

Main activities
1. Define project team and milestones for new product projects

2. Ensure that project milestones are completed on time vs. agreed schedule

3. Lead project team meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment

4. Prepare the necessary documentation/deliverables including Business Case for stage
gate reviews

This opportunity is organized by AIESEC and you will receive support from AIESEC in Romania branch as well as AIESEC in Belgium.

Salary: 1450 Euro gross

AIESEC will provide you support such as: application support, arrival pickup, accommodation support, leadership development seminar and cultural integration activities.

Opportunity fee: a fee of 250 euro will be paid but ONLY after being accepted by the company

Duration of internship: 1 year starting 1st of June 2020
