Bosch Automotive Blaj is a production unit that started its activity in 2007, under Bosch Rexroth division, for Industrial Technology sector. The plant grew fast, in terms of both buildings and products, and starting with 2012 it began to produce for Automotive Industry, specifically for Chassis Control System and Powertrain Solutions.
Our associates give great importance to innovation and quality that is why, from 2020, Bosch Blaj will be lead plant for knock sensors. Blaj is one of the three plants in Europe where NOx Sensors are produced, sensors that are part of Bosch revolutionary innovation in diesel technology. Qualifications- Operation/process management experience in technical or management areas
- Structured and target oriented thinking/working aproach
- Capable to work independently himself and work individual
- Good communication to present structured and cooperate/interact in a team
- Selfmotivated and open minded
- Withstand obstacles and search for pragmatic solutions in the given legal+target+environment restrictions
- Motivated to learn and willing strongly to apply fast his plans
- User knowledge of MS Office products
- Very good knowledge of english/ german language represents an advantage

- Defining, coordinating and controlling of BPS standards for production department TC1
- Organizing and coordinating the process of continuous improvement of BPS in TC1
- Organization/leading of TC1-BPS specific events on plant level like: Benchmark Visits, Jishuken , Speed weeks
- Managing the activities of the BPS improvement system in the TC1 department for each product ( (D26, VTS, LFS )
- Ensure that the reviews in the value stream take place within the deadlines
- Consequent integration of lessons learned in the new cycle (KISS)
- Training associations to transfer projects from System CIP (implementation phase) to Point CIP (stabilization phase)
