German Speaker - Retention Agents in Cyprus

Fluent Englis (C1).
Minimum two years’ experience in Client Retention field and Forex Sales
Team player, strong communication skills,

Keen to work in currency trading market
Sales and Forex background strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid
arguments to existing and prospective customers;
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments;
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
• Continuously improve through feedback;
• Available to work between 10am-9pm;

The relocation package includes:
• 600€ EUR for accommodation budget (candidates will livein company’s apartments but if they are willing to rent on their own Monlinks will add this budget to their salaries)
• 170€ for car budget (they will share the car with their flat mates but if they will be willing to have it for themselves only they can add 170)
• 150€ for bills.
