    As part of the new journey, 2Checkout (now Verifone) is growing the talented tech team in Bucharest where it will create an R&D excellence center.

    Almost 100 jobs will be open in the following months to work on top-notch payments like: integrating alternative payment methods, payments authentication, mobile POS application, payment gateway solutions, android platform for payment devices and others.

    The new colleagues will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technologies for solutions used in more than 150 markets in which Verifone operates. They will also contribute to the development of ultra-innovative payment solutions and integrated ecosystems used in all global sales channels, both online and offline, many of which do not currently exist in Romania. This is a collaborative and fast paced work environment, where people work with real time problems, that make a big impact in the industry.

    What you need to have:

    -University or college degree in Computer Science, Marketing would be preferred
    -Minimum 5 years of selling experience (C-level selling, multiple stakeholders involved, million-dollar value contracts)
    -Proven track record of sales performance (customers, managers, compensation proof); minimum 1 year of experience in sales with B2B2C sales over $100,000, which have long sales cycles of 3 – 12 months
    -Experience in using Salesforce.com, Web Conferencing systems is considered a plus
    -Good business acumen, ability to read and understand public companies’ financial reports
    -Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence multiple and various types of stakeholders (technical, finance, marketing, sales, etc.)
    -Social and business networking abilities
    -Advanced English knowledge
    -Self-starter, highly motivated, and ability to work remotely and independently in a virtual team setting
    -The position requires domestic and international travelling

    Responsabilitati

    What you’ll do:

    -Work with target accounts from verticals like software, SaaS, Cloud Services, Online services and content, Digital goods
    -Responsible for sales strategy and tactics to approach and close such accounts
    -Establish C-level relationships with key prospects and generate demand for company solutions
    -Manage complex sales processes: conduct discovery workshops, customer interviews, coordinate cross-functional teams to define the solution, manage the offering process (including RFIs/RFPs), negotiate business terms and contract signing, oversee solution implementation and ensure customer satisfaction
    -Represent 2Checkout at conferences and events
    -Responsible for accurate reporting of the sales activity in Salesforce.com
