Requirements
• University degree preferraby in technical field
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in scheduling
• Advanced knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera 6
• Analytical skills and systematic approach
• High communication and organizational skills
• Communicative English (at least B1 level)
• Willingness to travel (possibility for even longer stays at one of our construction sites)
• Permission to work in the Czech republic
The Scheduling engineer/Planner position is responsible for the planning, preparation, coordination, and maintenance of the Project Schedule and is the custodian of the schedule. Further he/she is responsible for maintaining the correct quantity progress basis and work hours in order to calculate earned percent complete for each phase of the project. This is a vital role significantly contributing to the overall success of the project.
Main responsibilities and activities:
• Understand contract requirements - coordinate the Project Team input to schedule
• Prepare the master and summary schedules for all phases of project
• Coordinate development of the Project Baseline Schedule
• Provide weekly “look-ahead” schedules
• Prepare monthly update and critical path schedule analysis
• Coordinate schedule review meetings
• Analyze schedule impacts and changes and develop recovery plans
• Set Progress measuerment system
• Coordinate discipline input into progress measurement system
• Update weekly/monthly progress
• Review quantity trend information from engineering
• Provide earned/actual data and Productive Factor weekly/monthly
• Update and maintain progress management system
