• Strong experience in Digital project management
• Experience in rigorous and agile program management, business analyse
• Good communication skills to manage interface with line of businesses

• Capability of handling multiple and conflicting priorities and effectively prioritize tasks
• IT tools (MS Office Products, e-mail, web enabled tools and processes)

• Offer support for products during their life cycle at Renault and give a global vision of their progress.
• Have analytical (information verification), planning and reporting skills by interacting directly with product teams and asking them the right questions.

Global role
• Support Renault products executed in Agile; support them in defining value and risks.
• Ensure the monitoring of Renault processes, guarantee that they run smoothly and report progress plans for the Renault product portfolio.
• Ensure the link between the product road-map and the load entry at Renault in order to guarantee the best building of the product teams on time.

Global responsibilities
• Guarantee the administration and support of Renault's agile products.
• Define the product monitoring measures (KPIs) in line with the needs, communicate them to the various players and ensure that they are followed.
• Support the governance committees in their decision-making and report the risks.
• Plan the various Renault governance committees.
• Be the single point of contact for the status of the product portfolio, for the various contacts in the company.

Tasks

•Ensure the framing of Renault's agile products:
- Support the IT products and guarantee the implementation of Renault methodologies.
- Lead the monitoring, reporting and advancement of the Renault product portfolio in partnership with the Renault IT Department.

• Plan Renault governance meetings:
- Ensure the preparation of the agenda, the assembly of documents and the sending of reports.
- Take charge of action plans and ensure their progress.

• Build dashboards to support strategic decisions in the various Renault governance committees in partnership with the Renault IT Department.

• Be part of the Renault Workload Entry team and as such you will frequently interact with the Business lines, Finance / Management Control and IS / IT PMO of the Renault IT Department and Renault managers.

• Responsible for collecting governance improvement points, their implementation and their effectiveness in products.
