    Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

    Knowledge or ability to learn the components of the SI LSPRH
    Knowledge or ability to learn the setting tools (PPC, FTL, CDL, etc)
    Knowledge or ability to learn the flows or the technical architecture
    Knowledge or ability to learn the diagnosis tools provided (production consoles, Database analytics tool DBHAWK, etc.)
    Knowledge of models
    Good analytical and synthesis spirit
    Good speaking and writing skills
    Operational autonomy
    Very good level of written and spoken French.

    Responsibilities

    Job Summary:

    Performs analysis activities for defining the required technical specifications of the information system that meet the customer configuration needs.

    Within the Functional Support Organization, the GAP Expert Consultant is involved in the offers the team in charge of, as follows:

    LSPRH PH2, V326 and V6 (DGE-DPMEWEB-DEXPERT) for the ZEM, ATOO and Swiss models
    BO query builder interface
    UX
    ADP Mobile
    HYPERVISION


    Responsibilities:

    Performs analysis activities for defining the required technical specifications of the information system that meet the customer configuration needs.

    In this scope, he/she performs the following tasks:

    Provides LSPRH and BO functional support
    Provides assistance and support and processes the requests received via Siebel from ADP Customer Service and Setup Teams.

    Takes part in the evolution of products
    Assesses the applications' evolution needs or dysfunctions.

    Issues applications' correction and evolution requests.

    Takes part in testing and deployment of versions
    Performs the tests defined in the test strategy and allocated within the team, using Rally for the test definition and tracking and the staging environment for execution.

    Drafts functional coverage of new releases for internal and external clients and participates in internal presentations.

    Drafts functional documentation
    Drafts internal documentation and, if necessary, client SOPs for the new functionalities of offers.

    Ensures the evolution of these documentations, according to the product versions.
