Required skills:
Experience in the use of applications (Auto-CAD/INVENTOR/REVIT)
Educational background in Architecture or Mechanical Engineering - preferably Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
A passion for helping people
Aptitude for problem-solving
Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment

Desirable Skills (but not essential):
Customer service experience
German, French or Italian language skills - preferably

What is this position about?
You will be responsible for offering consultancy and complex technical support via to international design and and architecture companies.
Also, you will document these for our Knowledge Base.

What will you do?
Provide timely, friendly and efficient assistance to our client's customers on a variety of issues and questions
Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for our knowledge base Research, verify, and document product issues
Manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on progress
