    Requirements

    Are you the right fit for the job?

    - Organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues;

    Responsibilities

    The Contact Center Agent is responsible for processing and resolving all inbound mails for the contact center of our French client from the insurance industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Answer the phone and offer your clients information about their insurance contracts and about the stage of their application (round 50 calls/ per day for the entire team);
    - Contact the clients by phone in order to give them more details than we could do it when the clients called us, because we didn’t have all the details from the back-office department;
    - Contact the Back-office department in order to receive the information needed to clarify with the clients more complex situations;
    - Work with multiple tools in a call (for instance, there are tools where you can find the contracts of the clients, another one where you find information about the stage of their applications and other tools from where you can take information referring to the point of the transaction);
    - Handle possible conflict situations that may arise;
    - Be able to work in a team because the process itself needs transparency and plausible arguments;
    - Learn the procedures in a logical way and apply them depending on the situation;
    - Show autonomy in extreme situations (put in practice your own judgement);
    - Be oriented towards solutions and focused on solving the client’s problem;
    - Be willing to do a number of other from the back-office team during periods of inactivity.
