    Your Mission:

    As a Manager your mission will be to coordinate and supervise the activity of Level 2 Control Team and provide support and coaching to team members, ensuring a good functioning and fairness of the tasks.

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

    • Planning of level 2 controls tasks and missions
    • Monitor the accomplishment of the roadmap established for the team
    • Monitor that the level 2 controls recommendations are followed up
    • Propose action plans to improve performance or remediate issues
    • Ensure activities and client services are clearly defined
    • Perform controls and transversal standard checks for the entities within SG EBS
    • Produce reports for the directors of SG EBS and other third parties
    • Tracking the KPI for the subordinate team
    • Respond to internal and external control bodies (external auditors, internal audit, Inspection)
    • Participates in all projects that have an impact on the control framework
    • Become an expert in L2 control and assure a role as a consultant in this field
    • Support for the SG EBS teams in developing its skills
    • Developing relationships with other departments
    • Proposing process improvements
    • Providing support and coaching to team members; ensuring a good functioning and fairness of the tasks
    • Providing constant feedback and managing conflicting situations that may occur in the team / outside the team
    A little about You:
    • Economical studies;
    • Experience in managing bank or financial institution compliance department
    • Compliance certification would be considered a plus
    • Relevant experience in team management;
    • Fluency in French and English.
