    Then you should have:
    • Experience in Managing and Supporting customer relationships within complex companies, including experience related to account planning.
    • Business to Business within a Manufacturing/ OEM environment.
    • Knowledge and Experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams), or similar.
    • Manipulation and data management skills with the ability to produce timely and accurate management reports in a high pressure / short cycle management environment.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Customer focused.
    • Effective communicator.
    • Self-motivated, able to take the initiative to get things done.
    • Results focused.

    Responsabilitati

    Are you curious about what this role implies?
    • Accept inbound calls to the sales office and provide initial point of contact with sales enquiries.
    • Produce financial and sales reports for the sales team.
    • Develop and maintain the records and systems required for an efficient sales function utilizing the CRM system.
    • Actively support and progress the Sales Team with business priorities in their absence.
    • Manage the Leads given by the respective teams.
    • Organization of appropriate visits and schedules for the Sales Team.
    • Be the main point of contact when needed between manufacturing facilities and customer to ensure good communication.
    • Work with the customer to develop regular forecasts for finance and production planning liaise back to the SiOT process.
    • Provide on-going support to the customer’s needs.
    • Provide regular reports on customer performance and activity.
    • Contribute to the development of the South and Eastern Europe region Sales Team.
    • Provide telephone and office support cover to the Sales team.
    • Organize meetings, taking minutes and actions where required.
    • General follow up and tracking activities to ensure the smooth running of the sales function.
    • Coordination and collation of commercial information pertaining to organized customers visits and business trips.
