    Bertrandt Bucharest is looking to hire a Leader Design Engineer in the Powertrain Department

    The ideal candidate

    • Previous experience in automotive
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Minimum 8-10 years in powertrain department
    • Relevant experience in rear axle, front subframe, stamping, welding
    • Knowledge of CATIA V6, NEW PDM, SIGNE, ISO Standards
    • Suppliers management
    • Fluency in English and French
    Soft skills required
    • Good listening and empathy skills
    • Good time management skills
    • High motivation and willingness to learn
    • Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
    • Synthesis capacity
