    Knowledge and Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex data, draw conclusions and present recommendations
    • Proficient in Excel. Desirable Power BI creation, macro’s and other analytical development tools
    • Experienced in structuring and organizing work to drive a process and meet timelines
    • Ability to review conceptual models and translate them into practical implementation
    • Ability to work with attention to detail while keeping the big picture of the situation

    EMEA Sales Operations metrics coordinator

In the global Sales Operations team we are an exciting and dynamic organization responsible for driving the sales activities in support of our Customers, Partners and Sales teams as well as leading and defining the improvements to experiences to enable our continued growth.     Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate with the BI and Sales Ops respective team to ensure EMEA KPI metrics results are updated.
    • Communication with L4s around Geo metrics results, narratives and trend evolution
    • Alignment with BI and Sales Ops teams on metric goal updates and/or metric changes
    • Liaison with BI for any reporting need required in the organization.
    • Point of contact in the organization for any enhancement requests, new reports definitions.
    • Review and analyze weekly results to provide narratives and improvement plans for the weekly reviews at L2/L3 level.
    • May contribute on communication activities to L3, L2 and MD’s providing metric results with easy to follow analytical explanations and improvement plans.
    • Can be part of the different work streams related programs and initiatives around the EMEA GEOMC.
