    Responsabilitati

    Colaboreaza la tinerea corecta si la zi a evidentei financiare si contabile, precum si la arhivarea datelor;
    Inscrie in registre operatiunile efectuate (ordine de plata, remiteri bancare, emitere facturi, evidenta incasari);
    Intocmeste componente ale soldurilor conturilor si efectueaza reglari pe baza acestora;
    Introduce si verifica in programul de contabilitate inregistrarile documentelor efectuate de catre alte departamente;
    Preia si verifica seturile de documente din departamentele comerciale, intocmeste deconturile estimative si deconturile pentru deplasari
    Se coordoneaza cu restul echipei din departamentul Financiar pentru depunerea la termen a declaratiilor fiscale.
    Este responsabil pentru mentinerea bazei de date a angajatilor;
    Intocmeste Registrul de Evidenta al Salariatilor si transmite datele catre ITM;
    Controlează buna desfăşurare a contractelor individuale de muncă, ţine evidenţa concediilor de odihna, pontajul, întocmeşte corect dosarele pentru angajare.
