Degree in Law/Business/Technology with certifications/ experience in legal compliance and contract management
8 to 15 years’ experience in telecom Contract / Commercial Management/Pre-Sales Commercial
English and German at Business Communication (written and verbal) level
Ability to work with using excellent knowledge of corporate policies and procedures, coupled with ability to identify required improvement to established policies
Ability to understand & seamlessly weave legal and commercial concepts, Incoterms, applicable international laws
Great interpersonal skills and ability to pre-empt the requirement matrix of the stakeholders’ requirements and deliver with consistency in terms of quality and timeliness
Strong commercial acumen
Telecommunication working experiences will be an add-on
Willingness to learn
Supporting as a key resource in E&C global’ s various compliance programs
Support compliance due diligence and approvals activities (e.g., third party screening, gifts/hospitality approvals; sponsorships & donations approvals) as needed by Ethics and Compliance
Support & promote a robust open reporting culture, supporting different E&C programs being implemented from time to time
Identify compliance matters that require follow-up or investigation, and, as appropriate, conduct or support investigations (in conjunction with the Ethics & Compliance Investigations team), or otherwise refer issues to the appropriate internal E&C stakeholders
Monitor the installation and effectiveness of compliance controls and programs within the domain of GSS support including using Compliance Control Frameworks reviews, risk assessment analysis, review of internal activities as guided by the key stakeholders viz., Ethics and Compliance
Drive a culture of integrity, compliance & accountability in the organization through to all employees within the allotted work
Interprets internal client/ stakeholder needs, assessing the full requirements; identifies solutions to nonstandard tasks/queries. Is aware of internal/external business issues & best practice in own discipline; applies to own role
Responsible for analysing key commercial/ contractual risks in a contract and providing appropriate responses and work and provide advice on mitigating those risks
Analysis of RfP and evaluation of commercial/ contractual risk from legal, commercial and services perspective
Preparation of Commercial/ Contractual Statement of Compliance (SOC), T&C in response to the RFPs, in line with Company standards, Customer Frame Contracts and CM/bid strategy
Support and advise stakeholders on Contractual /Commercial / Compliance aspects / critical issues of the RfP
Work in line with the team's contract management strategy and ensuring respective scope/obligations/etc is contractually well defined
Ensure delivery is to the satisfaction of the internal stakeholders by supporting them both in quality and quantity
Support & advise CT/ Market team on Contractual/ Commercial/ Compliance on aspects/ critical issues of business
