    This role will report in to European Payroll Specialist. The candidate will support in a number of Romanian payroll duties for the London Stock Exchanges Romanian payroll. The payroll of 128 which is expected to increase to 250 by the end of 2019, Employees is processed on a monthly basis. This is processed by our managed Payroll provider Smartree.

    The candidate will also support the UK based Payroll team with data processing for the UK Payroll, which pays c1700 Employees on a monthly basis and a small French payroll of 1 Employee.


    Duties include:

    Reporting form the HRIS (Workday) to establish and process Employment lifecycle changes such as new joiners, leavers, transfers, salary changes, cost centre changes. Personal data changes such as address changes, bank details changes etc. collate and process time records (absence, on-call, overtime claims and meal tickets )

    Processing of Salary and Tax Declaration, Tax Dependant Declaration, Health Insurance Dependants Declaration and Tax Exemptions.

    Working with the Global mobility team to process shadow payroll calculations for our International travellers. Liaising with our Reward and Benefits Team to process Group Medical Deductions and Pension contributions.

    Prepare payments for Income Tax, Social security and Pension providers, liaising with internal Finance teams to ensure timely payments to authorities.

    Month End Reporting for Finance and supporting with Employee queries – which are low in volume.
