- Bachelor’s Degree in Automation or in a related field;
- Determinate, rigorous, and solution oriented;
- Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills;
- Team player and people driven;
- Ability to plan and organise time effectively;
- Fluency in English, French can be an advantage;
- Solid technical knowledge in automation software programming languages ​PLC,
ROCKWELL and / or SIEMENS SIMATIC MANAGER.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to spend 70% of the working time in the
production area;

- Troubleshoots and develops automation controls for manufacturing equipment
including ladder logic, high level language or any other control software application,
analyse problems deriving root cause to establish robust solutions and generate
effective courses of action;
- Defines and improves the standards of machines applicable to the maintenance
function;
- Provides technical support to maintenance sectors and replies to requests from
the operational maintenance team;
- Develops maintenance methods in order to improve maintenance effectiveness;
- Improves reliability and performance of equipment;
- Interacts with other functions within local and corporate stakeholders in order to
develop technical solutions for the equipment evolutions;
